TextToSRT provides online subtitle tools, including TXT to SRT, TXT to VTT, SRT to TXT, VTT to TXT, SRT to VTT, VTT to SRT, Clean SRT, and related subtitle workflows. The basic conversion tools can normally be opened and used immediately without an account.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove tools, pages, guide content, or features from time to time. We try to keep the tools stable and useful, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every subtitle file.

Your Content

You keep all rights to the text, subtitles, and files that you input, upload, paste, convert, edit, copy, or download. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process that content and that your use does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, trade secrets, or other legal rights.

TextToSRT does not claim ownership of subtitle content you place in the converter. Because the tools are mainly designed for immediate conversion, you are responsible for saving any output you want to keep. We do not promise to store, back up, restore, or host your conversion results.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TextToSRT to:

• violate applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights;
• create, process, or distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or fraudulent content;
• attempt to access, scan, interfere with, or disrupt our website, systems, or services without authorization;
• use automated, high-volume, or abnormal activity that places unreasonable load on the service or affects other users;

Conversion Results and Accuracy

TextToSRT tries to generate clear output based on public subtitle formats, but subtitle formats, platform requirements, and source text vary widely. You are responsible for reviewing conversion results before publishing, uploading, delivering, or using them commercially. This includes checking timing, line breaks, numbering, millisecond format, language, punctuation, and subtitle content.

We do not guarantee that conversion results will be perfectly accurate, accepted by a specific platform, compliant with all accessibility standards, or suitable for any legal, broadcast, educational, delivery, review, or business requirement.

Intellectual Property

The TextToSRT website, interface, brand, design, code, guide text, structure, and original tool logic are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless allowed by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, sell, republish, or repackage this website as your own service.

You may use subtitle files and conversion results generated through TextToSRT, provided that you have the necessary rights to the source content and comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

The current basic subtitle conversion tools are free to use. If we later offer accounts, cloud storage, team collaboration, batch processing, APIs, paid subscriptions, or other advanced features, those features may have additional terms, limits, or fees. The site may mention video platforms, editing software, players, learning platforms, or third-party tools.
